Healthier Holiday Sides

  1. I made the winter salad with honey lime dressing for Sunday dinner. I used berries that were on sale instead of apples, but it was still delicious. I received multiple compliments on it. Then I made the baked sweet potato recipe for lunch today. It was a great salty substitution for potato chips to go with my 1/2 chicken salad sandwich. I will definitely have to make it again.
