Unable to Attend? Don't worry!
If you are unable to make it to the follow up weigh in you may schedule a personal appointment with Linsey at the Salt Lake Valley Health Department during that week (Oct. 18th-22nd) between 8:00am-5:00pm. Contact Linsey at lpearce@slco.org to schedule an appointment.
