Way to a Better Life Competition Has Been Cancelled
As was explained in an e-mail sent out, unfortunately the competition has been cancelled. The city of West Jordan is currently working on refunds for money spent to enroll in the competition. We hope you will all still continue your efforts to improve you health. You still have you booklets which can help you with ongoing efforts to eat health, exercise properly, and improve yourself. These efforts can improve your immune system and may even protect you from more severe symptoms if you come in contact with any sort of infection. We wish you the best!

Standard Track Participants: Challenges have already started!
We're now a few days into the competition and things are in full swing. Earning points for completing weekly challenges has already started for standard track participants. If you haven't already, read at least the first 10 pages of your booklet as soon as you can, including the weekly challenges that started last week on page 10. For independent track participants your quest for discovering and implementing ways to improve your health is underway. Reading the information in your book will help you understand multiple aspects to consider in this process.
